Who I am

This site (cristianovagos.com) is run by me, Cristiano Vagos, in a personal capacity. For any question about your data, reach me at hello@cristianovagos.com.

What data I collect

The only way this site collects personal data is the contact form. When you fill it in, I collect your name, email, the message you write, and optionally the type of project you select and the page you came from (so I can understand which content is actually useful). That data is sent directly to my email — it isn't stored in any database.

A draft of the form (what you type before submitting) is temporarily saved only in your own browser (sessionStorage), so you don't lose what you wrote if the page reloads — it never reaches my servers before you press "Send".

Why I collect this data

Only to reply to the contact you made. The legal basis is your consent, given by voluntarily filling in and submitting the form.

How long I keep the data

The email with your message stays in my inbox for as long as needed to reply and, if we move forward with a project, to manage that relationship. You can ask me at any time to delete the history of our conversation.

Who I share data with

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also processes the contact email delivery (Cloudflare Email) and the form's spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Cloudflare acts as my subprocessor for these services — I don't sell or share your data with anyone else, nor for marketing purposes.

The site uses (or will use) Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site — it's a cookieless tool that doesn't identify individual visitors.

Cookies

This site doesn't use cookies. The spam-protection widget (Cloudflare Turnstile) is a privacy-focused alternative that doesn't use cookies to track you.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request portability of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time — just write to me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Portugal's data protection authority (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
